Without doubt this is the most exacting water quality demanded by industry. This quality is so pure that really the water should be considered as an extremely pure chemical. It is the purest chemical produced and by contrast with other pure chemicals it is produced in the hundred of tonnes (cubic metres) per hour, each and every hour of every day of every year.
Without this quality of water the microchip, telephones, computers, medical systems and Internet would not exist.
In the past twenty-five years this branch of water science has invoked technological advances undreamed of at the outset. Challenges in materials, work practices and quality adherence have all played their part but the commitment of Enersave in finding ways or achieving goals outside of the established norm has been paramount.
Typical of these solutions has been removal of dissolved oxygen using membranes, reduction to trace levels (parts per trillion) of specific ionic species, evaluation of pre-treatment systems to eradicate chemical dosing also having a profound effect on environmental matters and development of systems reducing the need for ion exchange eliminating acid and caustic wastes.
Paramount in producing this extreme quality of water is engineering capability and close attention to detail design. Enersave is unique in Malaysia in having this talent in house. There is no need to refer to 'Head Office' or 'Central Engineering' the expertise is available in Petaling Jaya. High levels of quality control exist in every aspect of design, production, erection and commissioning which feed back into the design process ensuring that all 'lessons learned' are acted upon.
Commissioning a system commences at design stage where the practicalities of start up and optimum operating conditions are considered. This process continues through the execution of the works ensuring that the very latest developments are incorporated. In this way lowest achievable operating cost consistent with capital outlay is delivered on each and every job.We have constructed state-of-the-art ultrapure water treatment systems producing water quality of 18.2 mega-ohm resistivity with other parameters, measured in ppb levels. Our clients includes major semiconductor/microelectronics manufacturer such as Motorola, SGNEC, Komag, Texas Instrument, MIMOS, ChipPac, Silterra, Seagate, ON Semiconductor, Samsung, MEMC-CSMC, National Semiconductor, Hitachi, Toshiba, AMKOR and Intel.
