ULTRA PURE WATER FOR THE LATEST NANOTECHNOLOGY

Enersave Group in the persona of Enersave Europe is proud to confirm the successful commissioning of the world's first Ultra Pure Water (UPW) system capable of supporting 35nm microelectronics technology.

This system supports nanotechnology research carried out by the Physics Department of a prestigious European University.

Our client was absolutely astounded that using the latest membrane technologies Enersave hits more than 18megaohm quality water in 46minutes from start up.

Initial analysis indicates all critical parameters for 35nm geometries are below detectable limits. These are in the main PPT, that is Parts per Trillion 1/10,000,000,000.

35nm is supposed to be beyond the theoretical atomic matrix of silicon (~50nm). 50nm is the industry 'roadmap' target for 2014. Laboratory work has already defined 32nm geometries and has established that its performance is about 32% higher than a 50nm device and it consumes 30~50% less power.
