Source Water : River / Pond Water from mountain
Incoming Water Quality : Maximum 300 NTU
Treated Water Quality : <1 NTU, Bacteria and Coliform free

Salient Features of the Plant
The proposed Ultrafiltration (UF) technology can effectively remove all colloidal particles, silica, bacteria and viruses including coliform which is harmful for human consumption. The footprint requires for UF system is minimum and therefore it becomes the advantage of having the system as containerized unit (20 ft) for the ease of mobilization. The system also designed to operate automatically with minimal supervision. The complete UF system we proposed contained the following item:

1. 2 nos. of raw water feed pump
2. Autobackwash filter
3. Ultrafiltration membrane skid
4. 2 nos. of UF backwash pump
5. 1 no. of UF backwash tank
6. 4 sets of chemical storage tank
7. 4 sets of chemical dosing pump
8. 1 set of Air Compressor
9. Analyzing and monitoring instrument consists of touch screen with PLC, differential pressure switch, pressure transmitter, pressure indicator, and flow transmitter.
